Every new associate is allocated a partner who is responsible for the associate’s professional development. We also operate a mentor system which involves a more experienced attorney being assigned to “look after” the new attorney for an introductory period. As an attorney at Grönberg you will have the opportunity, during an initial period of one or two years, to work in different legal practice areas in order to undergo a broad range of training before specializing in a particular practice area.
