Associate lawyers are employed continuously as needed. We employ both recent graduates and lawyers with service in a district court or other professional experience. As a newly employed associate, you work closely with a partner, who assumes the principal responsibility for your development. A more experienced associate lawyer in the firm is assigned to each new employee as a mentor. The mentor’s task is to support the new associate during an introductory period of time.
Our practice groups work closely with each other. As a new associate, you will initially have great opportunities to work in different legal areas. In your subsequent career, we believe that you will benefit from broad work experience before you focus on a specific legal area.
Summer trainee is offered every year, and employment lasts for six to eight weeks. Summer trainee’s have the opportunity to work in most of the firm’s practice areas, depending on the wishes of the employee and the needs of the firm.
Master’s thesis internship is offered during both the spring and autumn terms. We prefer the master’s thesis to be written in an area in which we can provide guidance and contribute with our practical experience.
